Do you think the difference in clock speed would help the potential scheduling issue? Based on my memory, OS these days will schedule heavy, latency dependent workload on the highest boosting cores (like gaming). Given the two cores are essentially the same but with different clock speed and L3 sizes, maybe they will simply schedule heavy workloads on the Zen 4 cores and put lower priority tasks on the Zen 4c cores?
